Items are printed and fulfilled on demand, by Printful, who does not accept returns, unless the item is misprinted, damaged or defective. In this case, you must contact us within 4 weeks of the product being received.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, this would come at your own expense. Printful does not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
In addition, Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
